Have you ever heard about the Tasmanian Bulldog Ants? I was watching a documentary about them - they are some of the largest ants in the world and the smallest one in the family carries a poison more lethal than all the spiders and snakes in the same region. While filming one of the ants actually leaped up on a camera and tried to bite and inject poison into it.
