A woman stabbed her 12-year-old autistic nephew in both eyes with a military-style dagger, likely leaving him permanently blind. The woman then stabbed herself in one eye after attacking the boy.

I feel so sorry for this little boy who is also mute. Obviously his aunt suffers of some sort of mental problem to do something like that.

Stabs the autistic mute boy in each eye then stabs herself? I have to agree, mental illness must run in the family! This doesn't make any sense if its a perfectly normal person doing it. And that poor boy, autistic, mute, now blind! He already couldn't communicate, one can only guess what is going on in his mind. They say inside autistics mind, they think much the same as you and me, they just don't know how to express it out loud.
