Comments: I have two rodeos and I use one for cas I examined it upon purchase and found fit and finish to be excellent the grips fit perfectly and the hammer cocked smoothly with the fourC-O-L-T clicks. The trigger was creep free and positive all the way to let off the entire action is very good to excellent. I've shot it in many matches and found the sights regulated perfectly for all targets using cowboy loads. I've not test fired it at 25yds or further for accuracy yet only for fun shooting and found the gun to be very accurate for me needless to say I am very confident using my rodeo in cas matches or plinking or other shooting. As I said I have two - after using the first for so long with no problems at all I rushed in a second just like it for my second pistol. I have since dressed it up with a set of simulated aged ivory grips from wester wildlife wonders. They look and fit great the matte blk finish is much more durable than a high dollar blued version while to many not as nice. I purchased mine as shooters and plan on carrying them and shooting them outside of cas matches as much as I can its weight and feel in hand (To me) is very close to a second generation saa I had on hand for comparison feel in hand for me is very good and it points naturally. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a faithful quality reproduction of a colt model P 1873 oh by the way mine are 4 3/4" 45s and I would also recommend a little research of guns magazine or American hand gunner as one of them had an excellent review in a past issue calling them the finest best colt model P replica available. And they had many more types of replicas on hand for comparison than I.
