Comments: Has anyone ever tried a banana and water diet which is basically what it is... You eat only bananas and drink water and lose weight?

I've never heard of a diet like that before plus aren't bananas one of the more fattening fruits? I also don't think a banana constitutes as a complete meal and you'll be lacking a lot of things.
