Chicken And Spinach Quiche

1 cup chicken -- chopped, cooked

1 cup swiss cheese -- shredded

1/2 cup spinach -- cooked, chopped

1/4 cup onion -- chopped

2 eggs -- lightly beaten

3/4 cup mayonnaise

3/4 cup milk

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 pie crust (9 inch) -- unbaked

In a large bowl, mix chicken, cheese, spinach and onion. Spoon mixture into pastry shell. Stir together eggs, milk, mayonnaise and pepper until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 350? for 45 - 50 minutes. Source: Favorite Recipes from Quilters.
