Donald Trump is a president for all of us and not just some of us. When he speaks he needs to speak with that in mind and not as if he is in election mode.

[That is very funny], so this starts out by saying, "Trump vomits hatred all over the UN floor" and then calls him "A ventriloquist dummy" and insinuates he isn't intelligent enough to write his own speech. So, the hate that the author spews is supposed to be overlooked as okay while he castigates President Trump for the hate in his speech. New flash for the author, North Korea is a dictatorship that is run by a madman who keeps his own citizens in virtual prison and rules by terror. He is trying to develop a nuke so he hold the US ransom. And he is close to getting that done. It is our president's duty to stop him to protect us.
Oh, and it he isn't intelligent enough to write his own speeches then the Democrats he beat in the last election must truly be dummies since they couldn't beat this man. Come on, belittling your political opponent to make yourself feel better is the height of ignorance and it makes it harder to beat him/her next time since you will underestimate your opponent.
I think the article can safely be ignored as an attack piece.
That stated, aside from the talking points, that speech sounded nothing like what I have heard from Trump before. Questions of speech writing ability aside, I'm pretty confident that he had minimal input on this one.
President Donald Trump huddled with local and federal officials Tuesday in Puerto Rico, praising his administration's response to the hurricane that devastated the island.
Trump noted that the devastation in Puerto Rico has "Thrown our budget a little out of whack," though he said that was "Fine."
At one point, Trump remarked on the 16-person death toll, which he touted as low compared to how many could have died.
As Trump thanked local officials, he focused on the praise some local officials offered of him and his administration more than on the work local officials have done in response to the hurricane. Ref. CNN.
Just like Trump to put his foot in his mouth at the wrong time. The last thing Puerto Ricans want is to be compared to some place that is worst off and as though they are a burden to 'the rest of America'. Is a budget something to talk about when lives matter now?

One of the things Trump didn't consider in his campaign and in the present is his need for congress and co-workers in general. This to me is his biggest problem and will probably lead to his biggest failure. You cannot succeed by constantly making enemies with the people who are there to help you is like fighting friends instead of the enemy during a battle.
