What are your thoughts... if a 16 and 18 year old have consensual physical relations is the 18 year old still a Pedophile?

The 18 years old is considered a sex offender because the other person still a minor (depending on the country or state). Not necessarily a pedophile.

Most laws still see the person as a Pedophile though no matter how close the parties are in age. 18 is 18 though and by then you are considered fully accountable to the law (in some countries this is 21 or 23).

I disagree. The law will consider the person a sex offender. A pedophile is ALSO a sex offender but not all sex offenders are pedophiles.
