Curried Shrimp With Sugar Snap Peas

CURRIED SHRIMP WITH SUGAR SNAP PEAS

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

1 tablespoon butter

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 pound fresh sugar snap peas or snow peas

2 teaspoons curry powder

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 14-ounce can light coconut milk

2 tablespoons white wine

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon cornstarch

3 green onions, chopped

Peas Snap Sugar Shrimp Curried

It is a good recipe I use one like it at home but I added 1 cayenne pepper to give it more zip. It also just alls for coconut milk not light.

I had never heard of light coconut milk till now can any one explain the difference to this snow bond Caucasian?

Curried Shrimp With Sugar Snap Peas Reviews Consumer & Travel Family Culture

As you know coconut milk is very fattening so the "light" version is supposed to contain less fat than the regular one. There is really a big difference between the two.
