What is your review for the TV Reality Show: The Biggest Loser?

Loser Biggest The

I think is a pretty good show. There are people who have lost over 100 pounds! The only thing that concerns me though is if there is in place some sort of psychological help for those who lost and have to go back home. Some look very depressed and may put back on weight if help is not available.

What I noticed is those around them tend to be pretty big themselves. Unless they pull themselves out of that environement then they will likely have to face 'temptation' on a daily basis. Of course pulling yourself out of your own home is a tad difficult.

Michael won the title this year and a quarter million dollars! He came to the show weighing more than 500 lbs and lose 264lbs in total! You could see on his face a whole new confidence.

I like this show, it shows how hard people work to achieve a goal. I'm going to be watching tonights episode, and I hope Arthur puts up good numbers.
