Unfortunately, because of people like this woman the Immigration laws in the US get tougher and tougher as the time passes. How in the world this woman thought she would never be caught?

Obviously what she is doing is wrong, but I am surprised that she is being held in a detention centre for bigamy. In some countries it is perfectly OK to marry several partners.
I think she is highlighting a flaw in the system more than anything else. If it is that easy to marry people and there is no central database that checks marriage status then you can't really get mad at her for exploiting the system when immigration is already so tough in the US.
If she doesn't do it someone else will because the system isn't catching people out as it happens.
