It's about time we start holding manufacturers regardless where they are from responsible for the items they produce.

Now how are they planning to collect these monies? perhaps a huge bond that must be placed fr 12 or 18 months after the product is introduced. They mess up Canad takes the bond for the consumer to be reimbursed.
