Ingredients
1poundpork, lean, boneless, cut in small cubes
1eachgreen beans, french style, frozen 10 oz package, partially thawed
2tablespoononion, minced
2tablespoonpimiento, chopped
1/2teaspoonseason salt
1/8teaspoonpepper

Directions:

Place green beans in crockpot. Top with onion, pimiento, seasoned salt and pepper; add cubed pork. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours.

Serves 3 to 4. Doube recipe for 5 quart crockpot.
