Sometimes others may accuse you of something that was not in anyway committed by you and is an untruth altogether. What is the most ridiculous falsehood you have been accused?
Wow, there has been many times like this, but I cannot remember a specific one being very ridiculous since any accusation not substantiated is ridiculous in my opinion. There were times when I remember being accused of doing something in a certain place when I was not even in that place and time it occurred. What is more is the person is accusing me of doing it even though they cannot admit they did see me there at the time in question.
People misquote me quiet often and it really gets my very annoyned because other people think I said something that in fact I never said. People accused me of 'trying to do everything right' (like if THAT is something wrong) *rolling eyes*

During my freshman year, somebody was out to get me in band. It sounds crazy, but every where there were accusations about me coming it. One day, some of the girls in our section decided to skip class because we had a substitute. The sub was a volunteer who was usually there helping us anyways, so he knew everybody. Well, the next day, one of the girls walks into the bandroom and starts chewing me out because I supposedly told the sub that they were skipping. It confused me because I hadn't even known they were skipping until she told me. Then, a few weeks later, the band phone ended up missing, and somebody told the band director that I was the last person who had it the day before. That confused me as well because I had caught a ride home from practice the day before as soon as we got done at the field, which meant I hadn't even been back in the band room. There was this dry erase board in the band room that students over the years had drawn on the back of. Well, somebody took it upon themself to write my name on it. The thing is, they didn't even spell it correctly! One of my friend's who was a drummer pointed it out to me, so then he went and grabbed a marker from the band director and fixed the spelling of it.
Craziness...
I'm a dentist and one day a patient which I have treated 2-3 month earlier came into my office, complaining that something's wrong with one of the fillings I have done. I was very surprised and I have to say angry at myself in the first minute 'cause I try to do quality works. When I looked in her mouth and I compared it with her file I saw that I've done 2 fillings (which were OK) and the problem was at a tooth next to the one I have treated. I tried to explain her that, but she wouldn't understand and she went all crazy saying that I try to "scam" her or something like that. I tried to calm her down and tried to explain again that there is another cavity, but she stood up and left my office like a hurricane. I felt like hell all day.
While working overseas I was accused of being an Israeli spy, a CIA operative, a member of the US secret police (that doesn't even exist), in league with the devil, a hesbula sympathizer, among other things I wasn't really paying attention to. I don't know which one was the worst, but none were particularly pleasant.
