An Iranian-American telecommunications entrepreneur took off Monday on a Russian rocket bound for the international space station, achieving her dream of becoming the the world's first female space tourist.

It's a once in a lifetime opportunity for those of us who are not astronauts - but it sure is expensive! $20 million? So, for now at least, space tourism is only for the extremely rich. If I had that kind of money to throw around, I probably would do it.
