Dog owner haunted by victim's look of fear
The owner of four pig-hunting dogs that attacked a 13-year-old boy says he is haunted by the look of fear he saw in the boy's eyes as the dogs tried to tear him apart.

talk about being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I think the owner did the right thing by putting the dogs down. I think that this was a normal routine to let the dogs out for a run before placing them back in their kennels. I can find no fault with the owner since he had no problem with the dogs before this incident. One has to be careful with trained hunting dogs. Making sure they respond to you and listen to you even in a hunt is very important. I think that is one step that was not taught to these dogs.
If I were the owner of that dog I would literally have nightmares every night and go into depression. We have to be so careful of what animals do. Sometimes they can be 'domesticated', but they are still animals and we can't forget it.
