Really? I don't think anyone believed the alien story was real in the first place, the "Alien" Looks so fake and the story even more unbelievable. However, the question is: Do you think he should have been arrested?

I don't think he should have gone to jail because of that hoax instead in my opinion he should have payed a price for that instead in court. But there are people who lied about seeing or having an alien somewhere.

I couldn't imagine arresting the man for that. I don't even think court fines should be implemented. From the story it say's he posted on social networking sites similar to facebook. If you've ever been on a site similar to that you would know people post a lot of different things. Most of it fake or exaggerated. It wasn't like he called the police or the government and said he found it?
