In this video the mother has to restrain her child because when he awakes from a nap he immediately starts to hit himself in the head. Similar to the "Hulk Moment" As I like to call it except there isn't really any aggression and the attack is on self.

Just watching that was taxing me, that is a lot to go through everyday. Her son can't be unattended because if he gets up and no one is around that can spell real trouble. How do they cope?
