Why is the left leg of a chicken more tender than the right leg?

Chicken Tender Right Left
I was not aware that one side of the chicken is more tender. In fact, I can't seem to find any information saying that one side is more tender than another. Perhaps this is something commonly believed by someone but has not really made it to the common beliefs category yet. I eat allot of chicken and haven't ever noticed it to be more tender on one side or the other.

Comments: I believe the left leg is usually more tender as most chickens are right footed (hence more often used "tougher" muscles in the right leg).
