Solar System's 'look-alike' found
Astronomers say they have discovered a planetary system orbiting a distant star which looks much like our own.

well that is good. It gives us a place to go once we get to be more space faring. I hope that we are able to build a base on the moon as they are talking and then one on mars. This will help a lot in the exploration of our known area of space. Plus make it harder to wipe out human life with a well placed astroid hitting earth.
I recall reading a year or so back about a new system that has recently been created or being and it was the closest ever t our own. I do no think this was the same as thins one but I think when the time is right it will appear. A moon or mars station would most definitely help in that search for a new earth like planet.
I think it is great that they have found what they have and that it will spur more private money into this type of exploration.
