Spirit Of Clones

Its a simple question, we all remember almost a decade ago how man was able to clone an animal (DOLLY)
The question is, what weas the spirit did this animal posses? Was it of GOD?
IF man were to be cloned, what about that salvation of that 'being'?

Just something to think about...

I think the spirit was that of the Devil....

By way of clarification, are you saying that the spirit, if it had one, was from the Devil himself or one of his followers that doesn't have a body, as in say the story of the swine?

I have often wondered IF there ever was people cloned, so as not created in the the manner of God, IF it would have a spirit?

Cloning humans is happening everyday. They are called Twins. Identical twins are actually clones of the same genetic Material (simplified explanation).

So if twins have different distinct God created spirits, clones will also have different and distinctive God created spirits. There is nothing inherently different then your average everyday twin and a clone.

To reiterate, Clones of the same person are not the same person, anymore then twins are the same person.

Sometimes it is interesting at the things we may overlook and I never really thought about the twin=clone idea. What was even more was we had the missionaries over for dinner and I remembered one of them was a twin and so we got talking about the concept of this thread.

One of the thoughts I did have though, is through things I have experienced, things I have read and heard about others experience and what little study I have (compared to most *smile*) I find that Satan seems to use false truths or half truths to deceive.

I have little doubt that the cloning of Humans will happen someday and I agree with you that this would not necessarily be the natural way of doing things. I just doubt the validity of the claim that clones are any less human then we are.

A clone is typically created by taking and egg from one person with the cytoplasm removed and injecting the genetic material from another human. It develops normally after that process(if allowed to occur which has not happened yet). To say that this developing embryo if brought to term was a demon would imply that the child is not pure from birth. I do not think that God would darn a child because of the way it was created (I.e. artificial incrimination, rape or even cloning).

Regardless of the process by which a human child was brought into this world, that child will have a spirit that was one of the two thirds who did not rebel. I do not think there is any scriptural or revelation that would deny anyone born into a human body does not have such a spirit.

Isnt the body just a shell? So if its just a shell then the spirit is normal and the shell just happens to be a duplicate.

No I do not believe the body is not just a shell. The very same body (though glorified and perfected) that Jesus died with was taken up. The Physical body is as essential to our salvation as the spirit and we will all rise with that perfected body.

A clone is as human as a baby from artificial incrimination, or a baby who has been created in any so called unnatural ways. But that part is my opinion.
