SAR Introduction
Interested in Crime Statistics for the T&T area, Particularly interested in criminal street gang activities. I have been involved in law enforcement for nearly 25 years, and public service for 30+ years with specialized experience in homicide, gangs, and intelligence cases. Currently conducting research on gangs in the Caribbean nations.
