Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials:

-JOY FOSTER NTCJ74B 1 c Whole wheat flour

1/2 c Regular flour

1/2 c Brown sugar

1 ts Baking powder

1 ts Baking soda

1/2 ts Nutmeg

1 ts Cinnamon

1/4 ts Salt

2 tb Oil; or Applesauce for LoFat

1 Egg; or 2 eggwhites

1/4 c Skim milk

1 c Carrot; Grated

8 oz Crushed pineapple; w/juic

Mix flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and Reformatted by Elaine Radis
