MANILA, Philippines – A senior administration congressman is making a new attempt to stop shopping malls, hotels and even government entities from collecting vehicle parking fees, saying that business owners should stop acting like “scrooge for a change.”
A strong lobby from those who will lose millions of pesos from brisk but unfair paring fee business was expected to be launched against a bill filed Marikina City Rep. Marcelino Teodoro.
