U.S. Marshals believe surveillance video from a Wal-Mart in the town of Marion shows 4-year-old Haylee Donathan in a truck with her mother Candace Watson - who also vanished - and her mother's boyfriend, convicted sex offender Rob Potter, according to WTOL-TV in Toledo. The footage, from two weeks ago, shows Watson going into the story to return an item while Haylee waits in the vehicle with Potter, FOX affiliate WTTE-TV reported.
