What are your thoughts about the realistic fighting art: Kyokushin Karate?

This is as true to fighting as a real fight. The training involve actual hits and constant hits. There is no protection and the only rule is that you do not punch the person in the face, but you are allowed to kick him or her.

Their training is one of the most realistic compared to other forms of karate and TKD up to a point. The grappling dimension is an added tool providing one trains hard because the one punch, one hurt? aphorism is sometimes overstated but it will obviously work against one who is just an amateur!
