San Diego County's new tollway
Difficult placement, need for exact change are cited
"I've seen lines out there in the morning, at night, in the afternoon," said Jenevieve Kagaoan of Chula Vista. "I don't think a lot of people know that the machines want exact change and that it's not a toll booth where you can pay someone." The company that developed and now operates the tollway, South Bay Expressway Ltd. Partnership, said it plans to reposition or modify any machines that are difficult to reach.
