At Chef David Chang's three Manhattan restaurants -- Momofuku Noodle Bar, Momofuku Ssam Bar and Momofuku Ko -- diners can savor some of the Asian dishes the 30-year-old grew up eating as a child. Though raised in Virginia, his parents are immigrants from Korea. His father was also a chef. Learn the recipes for Chef Chang's favorite dishes, including pork-belly buns.
