Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials:

2 lb Flounder fillets

-olive oil 3 c Grated bread crumbs

2 c Diced American cheese

2 ts Paprika

2 ts Dry mustard

4 ts Worcestershire sauce

1 c Beer

Cut fish in serving pieces. Brush on both sides with olive oil. Roll in bread crumbs. Broil about 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes. In meantime, combine cheese, paprika, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and beer. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until cheese melts. Whip smooth. Arrange fillets on platter, garnish with lemon wedges, then pour sauce into serving dish. From the files of Al Rice, North Pole Alaska. Feb 1994
