What is your pedigree chart like for the amount of Native American blood within you; 50%, 75% or 100%?

I do not have any North American Indian, but instead Carib Indian (Caribbean Region) within me or at least so I have been told. I guess the percentage would be about 10% as the other races are more dominant.

Pure Blood Or Mixed? History & Civil Business Politics

I have been told our (Jb - Architect & I) Grandfather was from an Amazon Indian Tribe of Tucapita Venezuela and he married our Trinidadian Grandmother who was on her parternal side from Spain and Italy and her maternal side of Carib descent. So that makes our Mom's more than 50% Native, so I say that I am about 25% Native.

However, according to my LDS Lineage I am considered of the bloodline as a direct descendent of the Lamanite Tribes / First Nations Peoples.

It is interesting to note that my paternal grandparents are of pure East Indian descent and I often wonder if they (India - Indians) are considered First Nation Peoples as the aboriginal peoples of their geographic part of the world as are the Maori of New Zealand and the Aboriginies of Australia.

If that is the case then I would be considered 75% Native being 25% First Nations People from this part of the world and 50% First Nations People from the East Indian descent.

I have no idea in percentages. By my mother side, it is only European blood (Italian, Spaniard and German) and by my father's side it is Spaniard and South American Indian (not sure what tribe but from the north of Argentina). The percentage is very small, nevertheless noticeable enough as I acquired most of my features/complexion from my father's side. wink.gif

I don't know what my exact blood quantum percentage is, and quite frankly, it doesn't matter. All of this percentage stuff is bull. You're either native, or you're not. The blood quantum thing was made up by the government to wipe us out of existance. And eventually, it probably will.

Pure Blood Or Mixed?

I have found that the USA is one of the only places that likes to give a color and percentage and a name to the 'look' and background of everyone. We have many Discussions about this in the Culture Board if you are interested Click Here.

Pure Blood Mixed

Name: Pandi

Comments: I feel that this an offensive question, due to the fact that the whole blood quantum thing designed by the US(actually not designed but borrowed from Nazi Germany) is the one thing that could drive natives into extinction.
