Iceblade Introduction

Well, where do I begin?
People call me Melangle, or Leoda, or Iceblade, or my real name, but that's not important.

I'm a student at a community college, but I'm not exactly sure what I want to do for my career. I'm trying to decide if I want to go into design engineering or teaching. I'm currently a Math and English tutor, and I'm using that to decide if I want to be a teacher or not.

I love art, I love to draw, and I love to paint. No matter what happens, I want to be an art tutor or teacher somewhere along the way. Maybe one of these days I'll be a Math and Art teacher. It'd be awesome, but we'll see where I end up.

Another thing I love to do is to write. I have a hundred little stories running around in my head all the time, and tens of characters and several worlds that make these stories run. I, however, have a horrible flaw, and that is lack of commitment. I've started dozens of stories but only finished one or two in my life as of yet. Because of this, I love role play. It helps me stay on task, because there's always more going on, outside of my own imagination.

On this website, I'd love to develop some of my favorite characters. My favorite character to role play with is Iceblade, because she is the side of me I wish I was more like. She appears in most of my stories, and I always want to get further into the depths of her story and her experiences. The more I interact as her, the closer I feel to her, and the closer to my ultimate self I become. Isn't that a great reason to role play? Story development, character progression and personal growth.

Alright, I guess that's about it. Hey, if any one would like to have their role play character illustrated, let me know! I love drawing characters and its good practice.

You need to make 30 Constructive Posts as a test to see how well you can participate in our Text Based Games, so get started now by selecting a Board and giving your input.

4. Share Book RPG: This is the EASIEST type of text RPG to get involved in because it only takes you joining in a Thread with a current Book Scenario and giving your vote in which direction a character should move. To see current games go to the Member Wars Board.
