Abortion Then Return
If a pregnant woman goes to Canada and have an abortion legally and then returns to the US where abortion is illegal has she broken the law?

That is an interesting question. I wonder if the law states that the American citizen cannot have an abortion --period--or just in the United States. If it does than I would say YES, but if it didn't specify--I would probably think NO.
| Rather off topic, but... The first thing though I thought of was when people go to Canada and Mexico and get medications that are illegal here in the USA. I don't know if they prosecute them if they find them or not. |
