Served Over Coca
Italian-born chef, Marco Schiaparoli visited La Paz, Bolivia, 19 years ago as a tourist, and liked it so much, he decided to stay. He now offers Bolivians a taste of Italy in his restaurant, where he cooks up exotic dishes, like Bolognesa de Llama and Coca Pasta - llama meat served over coca - the leaf that is used to make cocaine.
