Court orders return of new baby
A newborn baby is reunited with his mother after being taken by social services without a court order.

Something obviously went wrong with this, as it is well known that you need a court order to separate a child from his/her mother.
It sounds like the plan was drawn up, but never implemented, this I'm sure will impede social services on their quest to 'remove' this baby from his birth mother- be it rightly or wrongly that they do so, I can't say, but I know for sure that they will have to tread very carefully in the future.
