| 2 | pound | ground chunk | |
| 1 | each | onion, finely chopped | |
| 8 | oz | tomato sauce, can | |
| 3/4 | cup | saltine crackers, crushed | |
| 2 | teaspoon | worcestershire sauce | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | pepper | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoon | dry mustard | |
| 1/2 | pound | bulk sausage | |
| 3 | each | garlic cloves, minced | |
| 1/2 | cup | ketchup | |
| 2 | each | eggs | |
| 2 | teaspoon | seasoned salt | |
| 2 | each | potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced | |
| 1/3 | cup | brown sugar | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | nutmeg | |
Directions: | |||
| Combine all loaf ingredients except potatoes and suce ingredients. Mix well and shape into a loaf. Place potatoes in bottom of crockpot. Top potatoes with meatloaf. Pour sauce over all. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours. | |||
