Mom Admits To Brutally Beating Baby To Death

I really wonder, is there hope for monsters like this woman? Imagine, she beat up her own newborn baby because she was angry with the baby's father! Doesn't make your blood boil in anger? Sick, sick woman hope you rot in hell and get the death penalty!

I always consider it to be very interesting when these criminals have their photograph taken. If you gaze carefully into their eyes, you never see one ounce of remorse.

Rather off topic, but... When I read this article, I immediately remembered a very similar incident which recently took place right here in Trinidad. A man flung his baby against a wall, after learning that the child was not his. I would expect a man to do this, but never a woman to turn on her own child.

I always thought that the bond between a mother and her baby was very strong. From the time the baby grows in the mother's womb, I believe this is where the connection develops. The mother takes great pains to eat the right foods, exercise properly and above all, not take chances that may risk the life of her unborn child. After the baby is born, I have seen most mothers with tears in their eyes and gazing lovingly at their newborn. When a mother kisses her baby, it is almost like a promise to take care of the infant and protect him from all forms of danger. I have read stories about mothers willingly taking blows from their spouses and begging them not to touch their baby. But this case is completely different. She was enraged with the father of her child and chose to beat the helpless tot to a pulp. Now my question is, what was the argument about that would force a woman, to forget the baby that she carried around for nine months and use the poor baby as a way to vent her frustration? Perhaps she knew how much the father of her child loved the baby? Or perhaps she was suffering with postpartum depression and this went undiagnosed? Whatever the reason, there are far too many cases of parents flying into an inexplicable rage and their poor defenseless children become victims of this kind of violence. Something is terribly wrong with this world and we need to investigate what is causing these violent episodes in the adults before it is too late..........
