Debt fears 'deter poor students'
Fear of debt is putting many poorer students off going to university, according to an education charity.

It's frightening for students facing the prospects of being thousands of pounds in debt by the time they finish university... I'm not sure, but I think the average debt is around £21,000/ $42,000 by the time you finish.
It's enough to put most people off, by being saddled with a debt that size!
