What do you think about any kind of Body Modification? Is it a sin or just a personal preference?

I don't think is a sin per say but is quite vain. Maybe we could argue whether vanity is a sin or not. BUT people modify their bodies for a whole numbers of reasons and a lot of times has nothing to do with "looks" but merely improving something that it may not seem as "normal".
