Kzh Introduction

Hello to all of you who have ever suffered from any form of addiction. It is a tough battle and I am interested in finding out ways in which to cope with it, and also to find out some of the reasons why I might be addicted in the first place. I hope to gain wisdom and strength through others with similar problems such as mine.
