Well everyone giving you a warning here. Tomorrow I will be on the road traveling south. I am going to Southern Missouri for a couple days. I will post later on at night but do not expect me here during the day tomorrow *smile*.

I do not have any jobs waiting for me and I am tired of the job and the changes they are doing to get rid of those they do not like,. I am one of those people. Yes I am leaving in January of 2018. I may retire totally or look elsewhere for a job. I am undecided right now.

If you retire I guess you can always get benefits from them still and still take up a job somewhere else, or start your own, or private investigator or everyone's favorite TSA at supervisor or manager level *wink*.

I applied at the TSA for supervisor and management levels and was told I am over qualified. You would think they would want someone who has a clearance level in the US government and has over 30 years experience in security. I guess not .

Strange, maybe they would have to pay you too much and they rather less qualified because they have less to pay. Alternatively, you could put yourself out there with your credentials and see who in the market wants to hire you based on that kind of experience. Nothing to lose that way because they're coming to you rather than you going to them.

Yes I have thought about that and see what type of response I get. My options are very open right now.

I hope your abdomen troubles resolve themselves soon. I have had some fun of my own in the last few weeks, turned out to be pancreatitis caused by gallstones and the pain from that was incredible. Luckily being in the UK we have access to free medical services so didn't think twice about getting myself down to ER. Five days later I was sent home to attend a series of follow-up appointments and clinics with the aim of removing my gallbladder, so something to look forward to in the future! *laugh* Anyway, once again all the best and take care.
