Well I made it through the sleep test. I did not go two hours before the warning signs made them place me on a c-pap machine. Even then I did not get a nice night of sleep. I felt held down with the number of wires that were running from my head to the wall. I may have gotten a total of 4-5 hours of sleep. This is something I am glad I had gotten taken care of.
Well I can say that this week is looking better all the time. I am finding more time to post here so my posts will start to get back to normal I think.
My doctors visit went real well. I dropped my Cholesterol from 239 down to 164 in three months. This was due to the meds, exercise and changing my diet up some. I have done real good on my new years resolution to cut out fast food. I have only eaten fast food three times this year. Two of those times were at Arby's that has slow roasted roast beef so I think having that with no toppings was not that bad for me. At least I hope. The other time was at sonic where I ordered a wrap. SO I am trying.
The only thing I am not happy about is my weight. I am having a hard time losing weight for some reason. As spring gets here I am going to try doing more walking around to see if I can drop this persistent weight.
Yes I understand that losing weight is tough. I know the main formula of intake is less than output loss of weight occurs. I am just trying to find that happy area where my input is less than my output and still not feel hungry. That is the main clue. If I do not feel hungry I will not eat. I also do not want to place a drug in my body.
