In catching up with your Blog I see that you have been through some colorful events. Its nice to be the guy everyone can call when they are in trouble eh? I hope they can be that way for you too when you need it. I hope your wife continues on the track towards optimal health.

Introduction KNtoran
Yeah I like the fact that people feel that they can call on me in their time of need. IF I am able to assist them I sure will. I know that both my wife and myself are changing how we eat so that we lose weight together and eat more healthy. My annual health check up at the VA in November gave me some real good numbers. My Cholesterol and trigycerates and both under 200. My blood sugar is only 112. Everything else is looking very good for me health wise. I am happy, My wife is happy. So it is a good time and great holiday season.

I can see it is in your nature to help others just by how you help out around this Community, you do a great job.Health wise all good news, I hope you do not allow the Christmas treats to spoil it for you and set you back into old patterns, I know that can be hard on some to return to a healthy diet after Christmas.
