--PATTI - VDRJ67A -- 8 oz Noodles 1 1/2 lb Ground beef 1 Onion; chopped 1 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 15 oz Tomato sauce 16 oz Cream cheese; softened 1 c Cottage cheese 1/4 c Sour cream 1/3 c Green onion; chopped Parmesan cheese Cook noodles to desired doneness; drain. Brown ground beef; drain. Simmer ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Cream the cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream together. Add chopped green onions. Pour over noodles and mix well. Layer noodles and ground beef mixture in casserole dish. Top with grated parmesan cheese and bake at 350~ for 30-40 minutes. -
