Title: LDS sperm donation

Comments: I'm an LDS sperm donor and there is a process that goes about this complex subject. It is not the church's responsibility to get involved in personal matters or legal matters. They are not marriage therapists or doctors or legal attorneys; however, they merely are doing their best to formulate an atmosphere where members and nonmembers can gather and develop their spiritual relationship with God and Jesus through the guidance of the Holy Spirit. I'm married and have children from my donations. We chose not to participate in clinics because we don't feel and believe personally that anonymous donation is right; having said that, we all agreed on private donation, in which, we have the blessed opportunity to meet the future mothers-to-be and couples of my donations. We've decided to welcome them as an extended family and they have also welcomed us into their family. As a donor, I have full contact with my donor offsprings and they are aware that if I have never made the decision to contribute and serve a needed family of God, the children would have never existed and have the opportunity to be here on earth. The Lord does not care how we came to this earth, he merely hopes we continue to work on who we will become. After all, we are all brothers and sisters and fulfilling God's plan by being fruitful upon the earth. Adoption is different from sperm donation. A sperm and an egg will create a whole unique child of God. Since I'm married and she is a nonmember, she is still my wife and I include her and God in all my decisions of what I do with my body. If I wish to donate my spleen, we will pray about it and we make this decsions as a family. If I want to donate my blood or sperm, it is my body as well as God's and I should use it for good. On the topic of masturbation, just to clarify, it is ok. It is healthy to do so at least once a day. Sperm that has not the prividlege and opportunity to fertilized an egg to exist on earth will soon after a few days be destroyed by the body. The body releases enzymes to kill the sperm, in which, harmful, deadly toxins are released from the broken down sperm. These toxins destroy and eat all neighboring tissues, blood vessels and organs, especially the pancreas. One of the causes of pancreatic cancer and internal tumors in men is due to lack of ejaculation. If married, I would suggest make love to your wife every night. If single, God said do what is required to save a life, even yours. We shall make attempts to protect and serve our mode of survival for all beings if possible. As for how to stimulate our thoughts as morally as possible, lies the question. When I was younger I remember studying that I should pray first and ask God for permission to do so. So I did and I didn't feel morally wrong masturbating anymore because my intent was good because it was necessary. hope this helps..I have immense sightful knowledge on sperm donation and being a lds so feel free to ask any questions or concerns.
