My goodness, what kind of sick beast is this?! Where was the mother of this child when this man was abusing her daughter?

Pregnant Girl -year-old Man
It is senseless acts like this that makes one want to see stronger laws to deal with men and women who prey on the helpless child. Most children look up to adults to lead them and guide them through their young years so they can grow up to be contributing people in the society we live in today. Words can not describe what I would enjoy doing to this man.
