Digital Wars Car

I have noticed that with the newer model cars coming out they have a lot more options as far as navigation and entertainment. I know this is making the vehicle more expensive and will make the passengers more comfortable. The main question is how much of this is going to be a distraction to the driver making it more dangerous to be on the road at the same time as the driver is?
