BMW Oracle Racing again offered to drop its court case against the two-time defending America?s Cup champion Alinghi of Switzerland if it sees proof that the rules for the next regatta will be more equitable. The syndicate has been in a bitter court fight for more than a year trying to become the challenger of record, which would give it the right to help Alinghi set the rules for the next multi-challenger Cup.
