I am trying my best not to be insensitive but I find ridiculous that they ask the parents to dress their kids in a certain way because a teacher has a health issue concerning the colors of fabrics the kids wear. Come on, if this teacher has an issue then another person should replace her. It is unfair that a whole bunch of kids should wear certain clothes because she is affected by it. What is your opinion?

WOW that is a dilly. In Canada the employer has the responsibility to ensure the workers environment is safe. This includes any possible health hazard. So it does present a difficult resolution because the children have the right to dress how they wish. I get the idea that the principle in this case is faced with a similar set of laws.
Perhaps putting them in charge of say a gym class for a duration to see if it helped would be a better solution. The specialists remark of;
