Call me harsh but six years is way too little! This toddler sustained internal injuries!

| PEORIA - Calling the actions of Keosha Thompson "reprehensible" and "egregious," a judge sentenced the 20-year-old to six years in prison today for punching her daughter in the stomach after the toddler refused to listen to her. Keosha D. Thompson, 3416 W. Oakcrest Drive, Apt. 1D, cried loudly and had to be led into the holding cells by a security guard after Chief Peoria County Circuit Judge Stuart Borden passed sentence. The judge noted the injuries suffered by the little girl, then 2, and how they were equivalent to forces from a traffic accident.
