'Work or lose home' says minister

Council tenants should look for work or risk homelessness, the new housing minister is expected to say in a speech.

I can't see how this can work, and yes there are plenty of people living in council houses, but it's not that easy a ride for them, as there is a lot of unemployment, poverty, nuisance neighbors etc to contend with!

Personally, I think that it's another government ploy to get more people on side with them, and this time they're trying to rope in the wealthy of the country against the poorer of society!
