Boy Lure Girls Dangerous
As appalling as that kind of behavior is I have to ponder what connection there was between the boys. Did the younger one have something to do with the suspension or perhaps was a friend of some one who did.
The two I think 19 year old girls need to be charged as well as the boy.

I thought this might be a typo.
They are just as guilty or even more so as the 17 year old. All three should be publicly whipped then locked up in a nice dark bunker for a few months before serving time in jail. Instead they will get of with some lame sentence that will be waived and they will live at home under a curfew at most. They are old enough to be fully accountable for their choices they know the moral and legal laws they willingly chose to break.
